MiAiUi

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026
MiAiUi is a self-hosted, local-first tool. It runs on your own machine against your own Claude account. The core of this policy is simple: your prompts, run inputs, outputs, and history stay on the machine where you run MiAiUi — we don't collect or receive them.

Who this covers

This policy describes how MiAiUi, provided by Phoenixtekk ("we", "us"), handles information in connection with the MiAiUi application and the website at www.miaiui.com.

Data the application stores (on your machine)

MiAiUi keeps its state locally — by default in a SQLite database on the host you run it on:

This data never leaves your machine through MiAiUi. You can delete it at any time by removing the application's local database.

Third-party processing you initiate

When you run a skill, MiAiUi invokes the claude CLI, which sends your prompt to Anthropic under your Claude account. That processing is governed by Anthropic's own terms and privacy policy. MiAiUi is a local interface to a tool you already use; it does not add any additional data recipient.

The website

The public pages at www.miaiui.com are static informational pages. The application itself (at /run) is served privately and protected by access control, so only authorized users can reach it. We do not use advertising trackers on these pages.

Access control

Reaching the hosted application requires authenticating through the access provider configured for your deployment. Authentication is handled by that provider; MiAiUi does not store your login credentials.

Children

MiAiUi is a developer tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
