Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the MiAiUi application and website (www.miaiui.com), provided by Phoenixtekk ("we", "us"). By using MiAiUi you agree to these terms.
What MiAiUi is
MiAiUi is a companion control panel for running and managing the skills and automations you
build with Claude. It is an interface on top of the claude CLI and runs against
your own Claude account.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for your own Claude account, its credentials, and any usage costs incurred when you run skills.
- You are responsible for the skills, prompts, and automations you run and for their outputs.
- You agree to use MiAiUi lawfully and not to misuse it to harm others or violate third-party rights.
- You agree to comply with Anthropic's applicable usage policies when using the underlying model.
Costs
Running skills and solutions calls the real claude CLI and consumes your Claude
account's usage, which may incur charges from Anthropic. MiAiUi displays estimated cost and
token counts for transparency, but you are responsible for all such charges.
Availability
MiAiUi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiAiUi is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI output can be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any usage charges, data loss, or lost profits arising from your use of MiAiUi.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
